We'll keep it short today so you can enjoy the nice weather outside!
Spring seems to be here (save for any random cold fronts) and as a result, it might be more common to see your neighbors out walking their dogs or wrangling their kids down the sidewalk in the cool, almost-summer air.
But there's another draw to the spring and it's not just the blooming flowers: it's buying season.
With the change in weather comes a change in home ownership, and you might be thinking, "hey what if we lived somewhere else?" Spring tends to kick off peak home buying season, which means it's a great time for sellers, too. If you've been sitting on some property, now might be the time to get a listing out there.
Make sure your home is looking pretty, and that you're working with a realtor you trust. We know a couple realtors that are great about listening to clients and having additional knowledge of construction and inspection to boot, but for some reason we can't think of their names right now. Something Team I think?
Hmm. Maybe while you read the new blogs it'll come to us.
